INTRODUCTION OF THE ASSOCIATION OF HUMAN RESOURCE
PRACTITIONERS OF NIGERIA (AHRPNIG)
On behalf of the entire council members of the above-named institution, we are introducing The Association of Human Resources Practitioners of Nigeria, which is established since 2009 under the companies of Allied Matters Act No. 1 of 1990. The Professional Association is to promote advanced and acknowledge education, training, certificate, workshop, symposium method of selection, personal engagement employment and remuneration policies in Nigeria.
Human Resources is dynamic and therefore requires constant review and updating to keep abreast if the current business situation. The Research and Educational training by its orientation and objectives should equip all members both home and abroad to be fully prepared to face this trend, ensure quality services, corporate survival and profitability.
The educational training and policy take a total quality management to Human Resources Techniques in Ministries, Commerce and Industry functions. And is therefore recommended to all student of any Institutions, Organizations, Directors the line Managers and officers leading or having responsibility for administrative practice and technique and relation to organization. Without a well planned and even better implemented Human Resources plan, the objective of optimizing the gains from utilizing the HR functions will simply be in vein. However, HRM is a strategic and systematic approach to managing people in a way that would maximize their motivation and contribution towards meeting the organization’s objectives.
To develop multi-faceted leaders and managers with a well-developed global mindset, strong entrepreneurial global business and human capital development and a deep commitment to corporate governance and ethical conduct.
