On behalf of the entire council members of the above-named institution, we are introducing The Association of Human Resources Practitioners of Nigeria, which is established since 2009 under the companies of Allied Matters Act No. 1 of 1990. The Professional Association is to promote advanced and acknowledge education, training, certificate, workshop, symposium method of selection, personal engagement employment and remuneration policies in Nigeria.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVE

  • To hold examinations in Human resources management and other subject relevant to the and issue certificate for merit on the result therefore and to make other wards as desirable.

  • To organize seminars, work shop, talk shop, conference in relevant area on developmental issues that will have positive bearing
  • To install a high standard of professional ability, efficiency and effectiveness of members by means of regular publication of the institute journal known as THE HUMAN RESOURCE PROFESSIONALS
  • To admit members from qualified individuals’ Professional examination and thoseapproved as eligible by the council, using the institute operational guideline as reference point, etc

FELLOW

This category of membership is reserved strictly for the following members and few prominent individuals in the society who have contributed toward the enhancement of Human Resources and related disciplines

FULL MEMBER

This category of membership is for Head of Departments of Human Resources with Doctorate Degree or MBA and working experience of Twenty years and above. Their names are proceeded by (DAHR).

ASSOCIATE

This category of membership is set aside for all graduate in relevant disciplines who have acquired reasonable level of practice experience(s) and who have been in active practice for a relevant discipline
